The Farm

The farm is a part of the farm holiday facility and enriches it with its products. It expands for 40 hectares in the territory of Castorano, among the Marches' hills where are normally produced high quality wines and olive oils.

The farm is known for the production of the grape-growing, we also cultivate classic wine grapes of the area such as Montepulciano, Passerina, Sangiovese, Malvasia, Pecorino and Trebbiano.

Castorano is an ancient village standing the Tronto River Valley hills, 280 metres above the sea level, near Offida, Colli del Tronto and Spinetoli. This area is traditionally devoted to the agriculture and to the production of the Rosso Piceno Superiore wine.

It is in this context that the typical products of the Piceno territory thanks also to the ideal climate influenced by the proximity to the sea, together with the history and the folklore of a town like Castorano , we propose our customer this particular atmosphere and this tradition.

Therefore the farm unites the natural qualities of the territory and the tradition of the family management with an innovative attention towards the biological production and the use of tools which are in the forefront of the viticulture sector. Moreover the ovine (sheep and goats), bovine, equine and pig breeding comes up by the side of the agricultural biological production, controlled and certified by "Suolo and Salute".

The farm is also provided with a shop for the retail of its biological products and oenogastronomic products of the territory: high quality biological fruits and vegetable; excellent pecorino cheese, made exclusively with the milk of the sheep bred in the farm; meats, cold meats and salami coming from its own breeding.

The qualities distinguishing all the products of the farm are genuineness and health. We also take care of the each manufacturing process which is totally naturally-made.
